Twenty-one and living in a world that never stops barreling forward and yet never seems to get anywhere either. I don't know much, but I know enough to understand that patience is a virtue I will never have enough of and truth is in the eye of the beholder, nine times out of ten. I am slowly discovering that I am not infallible - even though I will probably attempt to convince you that I am - and that it's not the worst thing in the world to be wrong. (The lesson is hard-won, I assure you.) I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. In the mean time, I attend university because the one thing I could never regret is knowledge.

I am insatiably curious.

I have a passion for fiction and a love of music. I've found a wonderful combination of the two in Bandom. From my journal, you'll probably soon learn that I'm a terrible Ryan Ross fangirl (even if he is the most ridiculous thing on the planet and shouldn't be allowed to dress himself) and that Ryden is my dearest OTP; don't expect me to apologize for it, lol. Lately I've found myself unwillingly sucked into the American Idol and Merlin fandoms as well. My love for Adam Lambert apparently knows no bounds.

As for fannish pursuits, mostly I read and tag fic for my delicious account but sometimes I beta and, more often, I hand-hold for my more writerly friends. And yes, sometimes I even post fic of my own - but I wouldn't hold your breath or anything. :)




This journal is equal parts personal and public. I love to post random bits of goodness as well as wanky rants about my life and, on occasion, fic.
